The Discipline of Rhetoric invites papers and panels for its sessions at the annual meeting. Discipline: Rhetoric may submit up to five guaranteed panels.
 
Papers: We invite papers from both members of Discipline: Rhetoric and anyone else interest in our subject. We especially welcome papers on these topics:
 
            • educational theory and reform
 
            • colonization and conversion
 
            • diplomacy and international relations
 
Please submit an abstract of 1-2 pages and a curriculum vitae of 2 pages.
 
Panels: We also welcome proposals for panels. They must be organized by a current member of the Renaissance Society of America.  Panels should ordinarily include no more than three presenters. Please submit a 1-2 page description of the panel and a 1-2 page abstract for each of its papers. The panel organizer and each presenter must also submit curricula vitae of two pages.

All participants in the Boston conference must be members of the Renaissance Society of America.
