ISHR 2017 Conference - Program with Chairs Posted

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the updated version of the ISHR Conference Program has been posted online, after receiving a number of requests for alterations to the provisional program which I have done my best to accommodate. There have been a number of withdrawals, which explains why some panels have spaces. I cannot now accept further requests for alterations, because I have to send the program to the designers for printing.

I have now added the room venues – all the seminar rooms are in the same building, only the plenaries, reception and lunches will be elsewhere (there will be signage and people on hand to guide you). The lunches, I should add, are included in the fee.

I have also added chairs to the panels. I would ask you to check if you are chairing a session, and I thank you in advance for doing so. After long discussions, we are not in favour of a red and yellow card system, but would ask chairs to indicate to speakers when their time is coming to an end in their preferred manner. Questions should be taken after the paper within the half-hour slot allocated, to facilitate movement between panels.

With best wishes,

Mike
