The Emmett Till Memory Project

The Emmett Till Memory Project is a website and mobile application that commemorates the sites of Till’s murder in Mississippi and Chicago. Motivated by the vandalism that has plagued Till commemoration for more than a decade, the ETMP puts the stories of Till’s murder in a vandal-proof place (a mobile application) and uses GPS technology to take users to the sites of the murder.
